As of 30th September 2024, Dr Liu will no longer be a Partner at Newburgh and Abernethy Surgery.
All patients registered with Dr Liu will in due course have their registration transferred to another of the GP Partners. Registration with a named GP is a formal requirement however you are free to request to see a GP of your choice when requiring medical attention.
The practice has secured locum cover to ensure that there is no detriment to patient care during this period. We are actively recruiting for a new GP Partner to replace Dr Liu and we hope to be able to introduce a new Partner to the practice in the near future.
