Certain services provided by your doctor, e.g. private certificates, employment medicals, HGV medical, insurance claims, holiday cancellation certificates and shotgun medicals are not NHS services and therefore a fee will be payable.  Make your initial enquiry to reception who will advise you when a fee is payable and how long it will take to complete. We ask that patients fill in all the appropriate details before handing forms and reports to reception for GPs to complete. Please note that there may be occasions when these services are not available due to NHS workload.
