Sick Notes

You DO NOT need a sick line from your GP if you are in self isolation due to your own symptoms or those of a household member. Therefore, to keep the phone lines free for other medical issues, we ask that you do not phone the practice to requests a sick line. Self isolation sick-notes can be obtained from: https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/

Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can still be ordered either online via the Patient Access portal or by phoning the practice. Please ensure that you phone after 10am for all prescription requests.

For safety reasons we ask that you DO NOT post prescription requests through the door of the surgery,  so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of care in this hard time.

Please note that all prescription services may take longer than normal for the foreseeable future. Acute prescriptions will still be processed by the pharmacist on a daily basis.
